Here at Gluten Free Easy, none of our employees or taste testers actually hold a gluten free diet. We believe this is why our products are so good. We are major foodies, who love to cook, eat, and develop new recipes. So when creating our products, we have very high standards. We won't stop developing until our blind taste testers can't tell which product is the gluten free one! We hope to give the love of cooking and eating back to those who miss out on gluten's good stuff, like bread and pastries. We pride ourselves on giving people the ability to create foods they thought were long lost to them.
What is Gluten?
Gluten is a general name for the proteins found in wheat (wheatberries, durum, emmer, semolina, spelt, farina, farro, graham, KAMUT® khorasan wheat and einkorn), rye, barley and triticale – a cross between wheat and rye. Gluten helps foods maintain their shape, acting as a glue that holds food together. Gluten can be found in many types of foods, even ones that would not be expected.
